Serving women who are homeless or at risk

Sarah’s Circle is a non-profit agency with a mission of serving women who are homeless or in need of a safe space. Located in Chicago’s Uptown community, Sarah’s Circle has provided support for thousands of women over the course of its 30 year history.

Today, Sarah’s Circle offers several services – comprehensive physical services, permanent supportive housing, a network of resources, and a community – to over 600 women a year who are affected by homelessness. We encourage women to empower themselves by rebuilding both emotionally and physically; realizing their unique potential as women.

Sarah's Circle, in an effort to expand our housing options as well as provide for additional programs, is in the process of purchasing a building in our neighborhood.  Our new building will have 10 units of permanent supportive housing  for women who have been chronically homeless.  Additionally, the building will house the daytime program and all supportive services.  Please visit A New Home For Sarah's Circle to see how you can be a part of this be a part of this endeavor.
