A donor advised fund (DAF) is a great way to distribute gifts to charities you want to support, while providing an immediate tax benefit.
How does it work?
- You make an initial gift of cash or stock to your donor advised fund.
- The money in your donor advised fund grows tax-free.
- You make recommendations on where to give from your donor advised fund.
