A donor advised fund (DAF) is a great way to distribute gifts to charities of your choosing, while providing an immediate tax benefit.
How does it work?
- Make an initial gift of cash or stock to your donor advised fund.
- The gift in your donor advised fund grows tax-free.
- You make recommendations on where to give from your donor advised fund.
